Returns We accept returns within 5–7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Shipping Costs Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
